European Union
- Free shipping on all orders within the EU
- No additional customs duties or import taxes apply
United States
- Flat shipping rate: USD 50
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price
- Any applicable import taxes will be calculated by UPS and must be paid by the customer prior to delivery

- Shipping times may vary depending on destination
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or events beyond our control

Beads2Watch specializes in the design and production of custom-made bracelets intended to complement selected watches. All products are handcrafted and prepared based on individual customer requests.
3. Custom Requests & Design Fee
- Submission of a request does not constitute a binding order
- A design preparation fee may apply, as described on the website
- Design preparation begins only after payment of the proforma invoice
4. Right to Decline Requests
We reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with our design philosophy or brand focus.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise specified.
- Payment must be completed before production or design preparation begins.
6. Liability
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure or third-party service providers.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
